Normally, I prefer to see models on the front of Vogue rather than celebrities, but this month I might just be changing my mind. One of my favourite FabCons Alexa Chung has finally landed the cover of British Vogue, and she’s wearing those clogs!
The stylish model turned presenter looks beautiful on the cover as Vogue state that she is “fashion’s favourite girl”. Although Alexa’s MTV show was recently cancelled, she has since announced plans to design her own clothing line and been spotted at haute couture week.
The March issue of Vogue hits shelves later this week and I can’t wait to see more of Alexa’s shoot. What do you think of this cover?
Love Alexa Chung and love this cover. She’s bright, funny, talented, and manages to look completely gorgeous without having to go down the ‘overdone’ route (I’m thinking about you, Cheryl Cole). She doesn’t use a stylist and dresses for herself and not what she thinks the media would like. More Alexa please!
I love her but I don’t like this cover at all- why are they trying to make her look all butch and tough? Is there a theme behind this; or is it just a bad picture? It’s always nice to see someone not cringeworthy (Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz, Miley Cyrus!) as well as someone new (not new to the world; just not the same old, same old) in Vogue…
